Medal of Honor: Airborne problems

Alright, so a while back MOH:A was one of the games on Gamestops 4 for $10 list. I'm wondering if anyone else who got it is running into the same problem as me.

I can't sign into live while playing it. The game askes to install a 2MB update, which I allow. However there is no extra data on my HDD. And when I start the game back up it doesn't ask for a update and I can't sign into live. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Have you tried clearing the cache? 

Updates usually don't show up on the viewable hard drive data.  Those files tend to be stored in the reserved hard drive space, though it only stores a few before saving over the older updates.  The download could have glitched, so clearing the cache should delete that potentially defective file so you can redownload it to see if it works.  Go to your hard drive on the menu and there should be an option to clear the cache.
