The add doesn't say. Probably the 120GB. But it doesn't really matter it is so cheap and easy to change the hard drive if you need to. I have a 320GB drive in mine.
 
Hmmmm problem is that you pay tax too at Meijers. So you are paying more then you would for the Amazon bundle which has 2 games vs 1 and a crappy blu ray movie(not to mention possibly a bigger hard drive).

To each his own.

The Fathers' Day bundle on Amazon for $350 only include LBP and HDMI cable. For $318 (includes tax) I could get LBP, extra Dualshock, and HDMI cable. The only question is the Meijer deal a 120GB or 250GB model.

Guess I really did not think of the extra remote either which is a pretty decent value. Also thought the Amazon bundle was $300 not $350.

Or you could buy one of the 120GB models on amazon for 299 with one of the games+DS3 bundles for 59, along with any of those blu's for less than 15, and an HDMI cable shipped from a seller for about $3..

Not trying to be a thread crapper but if you buy on amazon, you'll come out ahead by about $40 if you are in a state that doesn't have to pay sales tax..
 
With Deals this good on Ps3 popping up everywhere, it makes me think a big announcement is upcoming at E3. This deal might be too good to pass up tho. I have been waiting for a long time for a great deal.

Should I bite?

The deal runs until Saturday. I would wait until E3 is done and then make a decision.

Exactly what I am doing and would suggest others doing. My guess is we do not get a price drop this year, but we may get an official new bundle better then the rest of these.
 
Given the low amount of PS3's in some areas that plan may backfire on you. I would get one and just return it after Tuesday if they announce anything. Who knows how many of these they actually have in stock to begin with. The Meijer by me only had one in the case today, but I didnt notice a sign with this sale on it either.

With all these PS3 deals coming out... it really makes me wonder what is happening at e3 2010.

It's obvious... they are going to start including their new motion controller with the system. They are trying to clear out all the old stock without the motion controller.

They have to include that controller with the system to get developers to write games for it, just like how Nintendo is including the Motion Plus now with the Wii.

I actually didn't even know that was available on Blu. Looks like I'll have another addition to my Scwarzenegger on Blu collection.
 
Which is the better deal for someone playing mostly by self and online (and I already have an HDMI cable), the Best Buy deal with Uncharted 2, or this with one of these included games?
 
If it we me I would go for the BB deal and take advantage of their no interest for 18 months. Plus I like Uncharted 2 better than the other games at Meijer.
 
I bit on the 20% Best Buy BCB deal and expect them to announce bundles with Move at E3. I am hoping that is the case as I don't care at all about that. I am not opening my new slim, which arrives today, until after their E3 press conference just in case.
 
I just wanted to bump the thread with my story and experience at meijer a couple hours ago.

I waited till after work and since I half expected them to not even have any left, I didn't rush (i had to shop for some groceries regardless). The first thing I did when i arrived was I grabbed a credit card app and went to the electronics section to see if they had any; they had 2 left. So I went up front, got a credit card approved and went back and told the guy back there that I wanted the PS3 bundle.

We joked about how Sunday was hell for him as people were complaining about the list of games and movies available. He went to see if they had any extra PS3 dual shooks left. They ended up having everything except for the extra controller so they gave me the price of the controller off. On top of that I had the 15% and I'm pretty sure the new card 10% as well. Either way, long story short:

Infamous
Close Encounters of the Third Kind CE Blu-Ray (pretty awesome, came with artbook)
HDMI Cable
PS3

Came to $182. This was definately a good day!

Got my PS3 bundle for $270 with tax (15% off) and then sold the ps3 and extra controller on ebay for $350 plus shipping. Kept LBP GOTY, 21 Blu ray and HDMI cable. Thanks OP.
 
I think I am going to bite....Our sale doesn't start till Thursday here in IL at Meijer so I sill have some time to spare but the e3 presser today did nothing for me.
 
New 2 day coupon out starting tomorrow(Friday) with another $20 off a purchase of an item $100 or more. That brings the Bundle to $279!
 
The coupons are in store next to their weekly ads. I was there yesterday and they had them next to the register and the employee automatically scanned it without telling him to.
