Mention of CheapyD on Inside XBOX

I just saw CheapyD mentioned on Inside XBOX - Pick Up & Play (May 19, KR: AIE).
This is in the dashboard (Main Xbox Live tab) when you select the Inside Xbox button.

After talking about KR:AIE for about a minute, they mention CheapyD:

"Cheapy D from Japan even admited that it's a lot of fun and suggested we that talk about it because he's a huge Sanjaya fan"


As someone who plays on the Xbox360 a lot and visits here frequently, I thought this was pretty cool.

That's pretty awesome! I wish they had mentioned the website name, though! I think Cheapy has officially become a B-List internet celebrity!!!!
 
Nice job Cheapy! Will definitely look for this as soon as i login. Is it time Cheapy steps up into the realm of B list celebrities? :lol:
 
That's pretty cool, congrats Cheapy! Maybe you should talk to M$ and get a Cheap Games for Cheapass Gamers section on the news page lol. I skipped over that but I'll have to look into the pick up and play page now!
 
I do admit to liking the game, but I don't watch American Idol...I swear!
I met Nelson (the guy who does who records that segment for Xbox) at E3 last year. He is a great guy, even if he does slander me with his Sanjaya comments.
In fact, the only reason I know about Sanjaya is because Howard Stern was obsessed with him for a long time.
