Hmm great deal, but seems too good to be true...anyone bought from that site? Joystiq review said it had problems, but was quite good.


*edit* Hmm seems like it dropped to $26.99 but shipping is $10.
 
I would only buy this game for $15.
Thank god my friend bought this game which led me to have a chance to play it.

It has shallow terms of Fallout, Half-Life and STALKER.
 
That's some horrible reseller ratings(http://www.resellerratings.com/store/eCost), had an average of 2.5/10 with hundreds of reviews.

On the bright side, if you get more than one copy shipping doesn't change so it could make it worth your while if you want to flip, etc. Not gonna take the chance with such horrible reviews though (the store not the game).
 
For me, with tax and shipping it came out to me 36.98 but I am going to wait. But thanks OP for posting about the possible deal.

Im interested as I read a english translation of the book its based off and it was actually not to bad. Guy who wrote it supposedly had a hand in the games creation.

I mean thats a pretty good price. But I still am playing BFBC2 nightly on the pc, god of war 3 ultimate edition is on the way from amazon, pokemon heartgold just landed today on my door from amazon, I want to play heavy rain again and I still havent touched demons souls very much. So I got plenty to keep me busy while it drops.
 
Great game... I picked it up at GameStop for $2.50 (after trading in 3 games I had originally paid $5 for each) yesterday and have enjoyed the hell out of it.
 
ive ordered from here before their legit they had a great deal back when gta san adreas was released for 19.99 when everyone else was selling it alot higher
 
Here is a quick update about this alleged deal for those that were wondering. So I took a chance of ordering this based off of the decent reviews and even though the shipping price was high, it still was a solid deal. So I received the package yesterday and it was wrapped nice, but when I opened it...Lo and Behold... I got a Warhammer 2k Dawn Of War II: Chaos Rising for the PC instead. They only thing they got right was the company THQ.

I immediately called their customer service to file my complaint and they weren't apologetic at all. After they got my order number, they were very nonchalant and said oh yeah we have been receiving problems with this particular game order. I said why in the hell would you just not email or call me to cancel my order and return my money instead of intentionally doing a bait and switch for another game I never wanted and it even retails for less and think they can just pawn this off to the costumer.

They said they can reimburse my money once they received this item back. They were going to print out labels to ship this back and once they receive it, they will credit back to my card and it will take 5-10 business days. I said don't you feel that you should compensate me for your own deceit and negligence by offering a discount for a future purchase and they said that they couldn't.

This is the absolute worst POS company and beware before buying from them as the price was too good to be true and it was.
 
Note to self: Avoid eCost at all costs. After so many negative reviews about the company, it's just not worth it to order from them.
