Just post Your Friend Code if your interested in sharing vouchers for the game. I saw that most of the FC's were getting lost in the main Metroid thread. Try to PM the person or post in this thread to let that person know you have added them.

You earn 'coins' for accomplishing certain tasks in game. Most of these are earned by scanning enemies (red), lore items (blue) or defeating "bosses" (yellow). The last coin type is green and can only be earned by receiving a friend voucher from someone else. These vouchers are earned by statistical feats or accomplishing a 'difficult' or special task (so you can send them to other friends to give them coins). The coins are used specifically to unlock the special extras like a camera tool and a bobblehead for your ship. I think you need 12 green coins total to unlock everything 'green', but a lot more of everything else...

Sorry to C-C-C-Combo break, but I'll have my MP3 soon, and I want to know exactly what you can unlock with the Green tokens, because getting my Wii online here at college is a pain and I want to know what I will be missing.

All I have heard is the screenshot option.

Your system's code, MP3 uses it and tells you which of your friends have MP3 save data.
 
Mine is 5636 0031 0133 1180 and I'll be adding everyone above me in a second. I'm actually kinda annoyed that the majority of the good stuff you need to trade the vouchers for.

Oh, and I just finished the game, 15 hours and the end boss is a mother-fucker
 
I've added everyone in this thread so far, so as soon as I see you've added me back, I'll make sure to send a friend voucher (I have about 6 right now).

I believe most everyone on your Wii friend list, regardless of if they own this game or not, appear on your 'friend vouchers' list. If you go to 'Configure WiiConnect24' on the 'Extras' tab on your game file and click on 'Yes' and then 'Confirm' to share your save slots with your members of your friend list, your name should appear black on the friend vouchers list and that may affect whether you can send or receive vouchers.

Lilboo, I'll try to send you a voucher now, to see if it works, since you're not currently black on the list, so let me know if you get it.

D'oh! I missed this thread. Well, look to the left to see my FC. I needs lots of vouchers because my son also wants to unlock stuff and the vouchers get used up if either of us takes them. But on the flip side we have twice as many to send out. I'll return one to everyone who sends one our way. I have several left to give out after responding to everyone Sunday night.

Does anyone know how many vouchers you need to unlock everything? I can't tell since some stuff is locked so that I can't even see the requirements. It looks like it might be 10, though. Is that right?

I have another son who will want a few (just to get the stickers and bobblehead, probably) but isn't playing the game enough to get too many to send out. If anyone is finished unlocking everything and has any extras I could use them for him (just PM me so I know not to send any back if you don't need them).

I think I read somewhere that you need 12 credits. But I could be wrong.

EDIT: Played for a bit more. I have 2 new vouchers! I want some credits back too! So..lemme know and I'll send you one or 2 if you send me 1 or 2! I wanna buy some stuff!
 
I'm still somewhat confused about these Friend voucher things. I just got my Wii a couple of days ago and haven't gotten very far in Metroid. My code is to the left.

Io, I sent you another two so each of your kids can get one. Or whoever. :)

I've only got 5 left over now. If anyone else adds me, send me a PM so that I know to check. Beat Metroid, so I'm not looking at my credits fanatically now.

And, for everyone here, I think you need 15 friend credits total (2 for each the bobblehead, stickers, and pictures; 1 for each diorama; and 3 total for some of the artwork). I still haven't unlocked the last extra under each list; I'm hoping beating it at 100% will do that.

I just signed in and got FIVE vouchers!! THANKS EVERYONE! Hedgehog, I only had 1 left and I sent it to ya! When I get more, I'll be sure to hook people up who hooked me up!

EDIT: BTW! I just bought the snap shot tool..ooh, it's fun. If you are on my friends list..I might be BORED ENOUGH to send you pics! If you have gotten the snapshot tool already.. send me pics! I love being easily amused!

Can't believe I had that many issues juggling. I'm hoping there aren't any better prizes beyond 20, because I gave up.
 
Thanks to all those that have sent me friend vouchers. I've done my best to try to send back vouchers for each one I've gotten, but currently, I'm out of vouchers! As soon as I get some more, I'll send them back to those that sent me some.
