You might be able to get it pricematched if you can find a KB Toys in your state that has it in stock. I went to CC and asked if they could, and they said as long as the store in question has it in stock, they'll call and verify the price and PM for you. It worked for me, anyway, make sure to call CC and ask what their policy is on pricematching things that don't show up in an ad.

Gamefly has it for $24.99 and their used games have been in excellent condition each time I ordered from them.

That's a good option, as the case and manual are (almost always) in excellent condition. However, the games can have scratches and such.
