Micro SD

I don't recommend buying microsd from newegg. most are fakes that load slowly and will stop working a lot faster than a legit one.

What? I would definitely say that that is 100% true for cards off Ebay.
But Newegg is .... well Newegg.
They're as legit as can be.

I still can't get rockbox installed on my Sansa e250. I have the files on their but I don't think I'm doing the installation correctly. Need to get motivated to try again so I can use one of these cards.

Thank him for what??? The process of returning that A-DATA piece of shit. Stick with Kensington. If you have a Micro Center near by you can pick up the 8gb MicroSDHC Mobility Kit for 24.99, or you can get a 2gb MicroSD Mobility Kit for 8.99.

STAY AWAY from Transcend and A-DATA.

Go to system setting or something similar. Check the firmware by going to settings->Info and look at the firmware number. If it 01.xx.xx then its V1 and rockboxable(is that a word???) If it starts with 03 instead of 01 then its not able to run rockbox but should be able to read SDHC cards anyways.

Next make sure its in MSC mode in the Settings->USB settings or something similar to USB settings(can't remember but im sure you can find it.

If its V1 and its still not rockboxing then I would try an older rockbox cause I couldn't get 3.1 which was just released to work so I went with 3.0 and its worked like a charm since.

If it still doesn't seem to work then maybe its a raphsody model or something. I heard those can't run rockbox.
