Hamas and other groups are angry that they weren't consulted. They said they want to see how serious Israel is before they agree. They are also claiming that it was not their breaking of the ceasefire, that was retaliation for a palestinian man killed by Israel, which did occur before the rocket attack. Israel claims they shot him because he was too close to the settlement, and they thought he was trying to infiltrate it.
Though I do wonder how Abbas is being viewed in palestine. He has to control the street and keep the respect of the street, otherwise he can do and say all he wants but he won't get anywhere.
