Is it the one that can play all region DVD's too?

I am not sure about it's all-region dvd capabilities.
I just got it and it works great with US and Japanese games.

It may or may not be modded to play all-region DVDs but I will have to test that later. Either way it is priced to sell. It will play music CDs and of course Japanese Region 2 DVDs. If I can get the region 1 DVDs to work I will let you know.
