I have a modded Playstation unit, plays import games and back-ups of your own games. I haven't used it in a while, and I figure I don't really need it anymore. Looking to trade it for something decent.

I agree with that. I modded it to play imports, but some people do actually back up games they own. There's a difference between playing a game you copied of your own so you can keep your original in mint condition and downloading a ISO and burning it. I don't steal games or music, and I don't approve of such actions. If something's worth having it's worth paying for, in my opinion.

It's a grey model Playstation, not a PS2.

The point is not the machine, or even what he or the future owner will do with it. Its a stated fact that mod chips/backups/etc are frowned upon here. Whether thats right,wrong, or anywhere in between doesnt matter. Thats the rules of the house, follow them or be asked to leave. Simple.
 
Modded consoles are not up for sale on CAG, regardless of rationale behind it. There's plenty of past history on this, so please, don't post such items up in the trade threads.
