Most horrible cheapass game you payed for?
70 dollars for wcw vs nwo world tour for the n64. (wasnt cheaper anywhere else either)
WTF?! That's one of the best wrestling games ever! 70 dollars is expensive though.

Anyways, I bought Turok Evolution for Xbox the week it came out for 50 bucks. Man was that a mistake.

15$ for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. Man was that a crap fest,

15$ Animal Crossing. (with Best Buy Card)

Tony Hawk 2 $10 (was worth 5 maybe)

I don't know about the others, but a Tony Hawk 2? TH games are always a good buy, especially at that cheapass price point.

I paid $50 for Real Pool on PS2 once...

*slaps self*
Whoa. Just whoa.

... a pool game. For shame...
I agree. Pool video games always suck ass.

It was ok, but I just found myself bored after a few level/goals. Perhaps not so much a slam on the Game but more on the GENRE.

Thank god those days are over and everything is $50 and below. I paid $80 for Chrono Trigger when it first came out.

And ditto to Animal Crossing. I'm NEVER buying one of these "do what you want" games ever again. I should've learned when i bought Seaman (DC) for $10.

I paid $5.99 for Toxic Grind (Xbox).

I was on a spending fee at EB, and just bought it with pocket cash. Matt Hoffman's Pro BMX 2 for $4.99 >>>>> Toxic Grind in about every aspect, and category. Toxic had a sketchy layout, and bike system. Anyways, I already knew of the dumb concept of the game when it was first previewed on OXM. Only good thing I could think of that I got out of it was the game case.

Seriously, I got Morrowind GOTY for the Xbox (one of the reasons I got an xbox) for 20 at EB and was sooooo disappointed in this game. I love games that let you customize like cazy and are large in scope, but not when thet have no damn focus at all. It would have been fine if they had a better system for knowing what your missions are, instead they make you seatch a journal by date you got the mission, so dame lame when you get like 5 missions a day. I so wantd to like this game.

Batman: Dark Tomorrow for XBox, $9.99 at TRU. Batman responded like an overweight child with down syndrome.

The first 10 minutes of music and cutscenes were decent at least, but after that I would have rather plucked out my eyeballs with hot needles.
