most insane court ruling of all time right here

Wow. Should have seen some jail time and part of his probation should be that for the next 10+ years he's required to go to high schools and colleges and speak about the consequences of drunk driving.

Certainly don't agree with the sentence. Though I don't get the prosecution decision to not charge him as an adult seeing as how the evidence was pretty obvious and juvenile courts are not known for exceeding harsh sentences typically. Makes you wonder if that decision was do to wealth? Still he should of at the very least been sent into the juvenile prison system til he aged out....

Edit: Changing my post in finding out from another article that the kid plead out I thin, so there was no real verdict. So yeah this judge is basically just indifferent or especially naive to be swayed by the "affluenza" plea...

i wasn't upset at the sentence, I was upset at the reasoning behind giving him a lighter sentence

LOLZ@affluenza

Thread title is misleading though. It should be more like "Another rich fucker gets away with murder."

I mean shit, Texas has given the death penalty for shit they couldn't even prove and to the mentally disabled. I don't know if I should even be surprised or not.
