Hopefully he'll have a rough couple of nights...especially if he has to share a cell (unless they have posh cells for the elite prisoners). Then, when he pops out on whatever morning, he'll look all nastified...or have some weird limp originating form his lower back.

Maybe they worked with him to make it a decent one? Considering everyone's presumed innocent until guilty, maybe they didn't see it fair to punish a man who has not yet been found not guilty or guilty any more than they have to. A bad mug shot, which a detail more than anything, is dangerous when you are a public figure.
