It's really frustrating every time Best Buy issues these type of reward certificates to almost never get anything. I think once in the past 10 years I have gotten $5.

Got one printed out took it to Best Buy and it was five bucks. Used it to get five dollars off my iPhone X case, better than nothing.

The old trick of logging in as a guest to redeem the certificate online doesn't seem to be working anymore. I didn't see any section that asked for a My Best Buy member ID or certificate number. I'm assuming some or most of you already learned this, but it's new to me so I might as well share this information with the rest of us.
