My Ebay auction has gone wild. WTF?

i sold this last week and got 88 shipped. he will probably pay you, good find for under 40 for you nothing like doubling your money!!!!
 
I'm curious, but did you take the picture of the game yourself? Because that pic looks damn close to mine, including the rug and the white-outted price sticker on the top right side.

*Off topic* I hate it when people use the pictures I take and the descriptions I make for their own auction. Why can't they take the time and do the work themselves? Crypes. At least cite me in the auction or something. :lol:

I have to admit the picture is from another auction. After review, it looks like it must have been yours. Sorry if you're offended. I have no digital camera and I couldn't find a pic on Yahoo Games Domain or GameSpot. If I decide to sell another, I'll certainly give you credit for the pic unless you're telling me not to use it again. The description, however, I came up with myself. Again, I apologize, I didn't think about upsetting anyone at the time. I'm thinking your carpet must be lucky for me.

Send him a dollar through paypal. Do the right thing.

Don't worry about it - I was a bit shocked and peeved at first. But if you couldn't get a pic yourself, then by all means. Anything to help a fellow CAG out. :D

What really pisses me off is when people take my descriptions and then sell it for higher than I did!!! :evil: I should collect royalty fees off my hard work. Asses...the whole lot of them....

I think he already did. But to smooth things over, it wouldn't hurt to pony up a dollar or two through paypal.

Haha, this is really swell of you guys. But really, I don't want any money. Think about it, a regular 3x5 costs something like $0.35. So why pay $1 for a digital that took 2 minutes to make?

Besides, I don't want to cut into his profit margin. :lol:
 
If Ecofreak changes his mind, I'd be more than happy to Paypal a little cash as I'm very pleased with the way the auction is going and the picture is definitely helping.

I once had a power seller steal my auction words and all. he threw it on a diff background but it pissed me off.

I emailed himsomething like

"Hows my picture and description working out for you from this #XXX... auction."

He replies back a few days later something like

"I dont know yet! we will have to wait till it closes to see"

I was royally pissed then but just let it go....

I wonder if he was using me to host it? I should have changed the pic and see what happened.. damn me for not thinking of this..
 
I just think it's funny how he ended up with another CAG pic, what are the odds. Anyways it looks like both you guys are doing well with the sales so good for both of you. Also glad to see you both handle it well, not really a big deal just something to laugh about.
 
I'd be wary of this guy at auction close... I got bored and looked at his ID history- joined Oct '03 and never bought anything till now? Don't seem kosher to me...

Someone used my auction picture once. Ebay has a link to report it. They took his auction down.

i too bout a copy at CC for $37.49 a piece. i am mailing out one copy to canada today that cost the guy $96 shipped! I LOVE IT!!!
