My Find of the Month: Rhapsody Complete

Yeah, I've had Rhapsody for over a year now. I got a copy without the soundtrack or the dual CD case but the disc and instruction manual were absolutely perfect.

So what did I get today? Yep. A complete Rhapsody. The soundtrack was a little more scrathed up than I would like but the game, case and instructions (Still with warranty card.) were absolutely perfect.

I'd like to send out a big fuck you to the people at GameStop though. I left the price tags and UPC's on the one I bought. They said they would let me exchange it for another one if they got a complete one in. Well, they didn't. I had to trade in my copy for $14 and then pay the difference of $17. Like they couldn't have just swapped one game for the other. Bastards.

Still thrilled with the find though.
 
Did you still have the receipt? They should have done it for you with the receipt. If you didn't have it, tough luck. It's always a good idea to hold onto them.

Ummm...you probably could have sold your copy without the soundtrack and dual case for at least $50 on Ebay. But I guess if you just didn't want to mess with it...

You "had to"? I would have paid you $25 shipped for it, and I'm sure there are plenty of people who would have paid even more.
 
I would've passed on the incomplete, but if anyone finds/has a good condition complete copy they'd be willing to sell at a good price (read: less than Ebay)... I am in the market...
 
I've been looking for Rhapsody for a long time. My Gamestop use to have the game in, but it didn't have the instructions. I kind of regret not taking it, since Atlus RPG games are hard to find. That's why, I'm not making the same mistake I made previous generation with Atlus games, where I overlooked them.
