Depending on your upgrading purposes later on I would personally want a better motherboard.
It is not that the one you have selected is bad really, just that to me I want my core of my computer to be the most powerful thing. The motherboard dictates what you can do in the future. I dropped about $335 just for my motherboard, the EVGA X58 Classified3. It cost the same as the primary GPU I bought for it.
Again however, in your price range this works but I am simply noting that it is something to think about it!
