mmn chill out. Plenty of CAG's have had this problem. It pays to know how microsoft handles the situation and not go into a situation blindly. The CAG Community imput was a huge help when I was dealing with a DRE PS2 a couple of years back and knowing the questions to ask ahead of time saved me a huge headache.
