My hybrid car runs on gas and Elebits

Qslugs

CAGiversary!
I picked up elebits today. I really dig the controls and the interaction. I realized after hearing that goofy in game story, that my hybrid car runs on elebits and gas :)

Anyone else playing this game? Any complaints?

I will be picking it up at first whiff of a price drop.. Really liked it on a rental, but i've got a ton to play. Including Zelda..

I can't wait to get my copy in the mail. The fact that I got it for only $33 shipped after Google Check Out makes it all the better.

A very fun game, I'm very glad I bought it. Unfortunately, I have not been active in playing it (actually, I've been inactive with EVERY Wii title I own - haven't really played Zelda since late December - just because I've been playing tons of DS, but the Wii titles are making a comeback in my rotation!).

I hope there will be a sequel with even more features. WiFi multiplayer would be hot.

picked it up at full price and quickly got rid of it. i dunno, I like other games with mundane tasks, like Katamari, but this one just felt boring to me. the frame rate was annoying too.

I'm thinking Gamefly.com with google checkout or something. $39.99 + S&H at Gamefly.. with GCO it would knock $10 off of it or something, right?

Pretty much sums up my viewpoint. It's too serious for its own good. The hit zones for larger objects are too big, making it difficult to get to Elebits that are hidden. Katamari's a much better game. I'm glad I didn't pay for it. I look forward to beating it and then selling it off.

I got it for free with BB store credit (xmas gifts) and obviously for free, it is a great game. I have only played through the first 3 chapters because I am being a completist and trying to get S rank on each before I move on.

I think $30 - $35 is a perfect price for this game.

I love it - it was maybe a tad short to just beat it - but there are a ton of unlockables that I haven't gotten yet so it's got plenty of game left. But I am playing Zelda all the time now (got it after I beat elebits). One thing - don't get Elebits for multiplayer - I thought the multiplayer was weak - but I don't care for level editing/creating at all though. Got the game because my wife wanted it - but I actually ended up playing it more than her.
kaijufan - where is it only $33?
JR.com had it for $43 shipped last weekend, so with GCO it was only $33. I think the deal is over now.

This game would have been perfect if they would have focused on exploration and finding of the Elebits. Instead you have to go crazy throwing things around making a big mess that you can barely walk through to beat the clock.

And the doors are a pain to open, and some genius made them automatically close on you.

I picked it up when it came out, played it up through the first few levels. My wife, on the other hand, started playing it, fell in love with it and went through the main game in about 15 hours. She's working through all the side stuff now. :p
