My lucky Target find

BlueWingX

CAGiversary!
So, I'm starting a new job on the other side of town Monday, and today was my last day at my current job, so my manager and I went out to grab lunch, and stopped in at the local Target, like we usually do... (He's a toy collector, so he doesn't mind the extra wasted time.)

I went to check out the clearance shelf, and I found a copy of RPG Maker 3 with no sticker on it. I went up to ask the guy at the counter about it, and he said it was weird that it was there, since it wasn't in the system anymore, but he sold it to me for $2.99.

In a way, I think the spirit of the Target was saying good-bye to me today. Not a bad going away present. :)

For some reason, every time I think of these RPG Maker games, I think of the old TSR game "Unlimited Adventures". It was the same idea. You spend days making this grand adventure only to finally play it and realize that it is pretty boring and only takes 10 minutes to play through. That, or there is no one else willing or around to play it.

I kinda had the same thought, but I figure at $3, it's worth playing around with. Now, who to dupe into playing "BlueWingX Vs. The Evil, but Slightly Handicapped, Dragon"...?
