the area between my thumb and the others fingers feels like its having surges and my thumb twitches quickly as a result. is that bad??

Stick it in her pooper.

Pull your thumb under the other fingers and make a fist out of it for a few minutes. If that doesn't stop it, ignore it for a day or so, if it continues, see a doctor?

Could be a lot of different things from simple tremor to simple partial seizures. Can you post a video of it?

How often is it happening? It happens to me sometimes, but it always goes away after awhile. I'd stay off the videogames though for the rest of the day.
