I have an issue with Microsoft's advertising practices lately... I'll use their Xbox Rewards program as an example...
Everything on the Xbox Live Rewards signup page is in 18-46 point... except for the link to the terms and conditions, the link is 6 point font (the smallest font found anywhere else on their website; for the most important document). Now, someone will sign up for the rewards program and see they earn 200 points for renewing their Gold membership for 12 months, (large font), but if they manage to find the 6 point font terms and conditions down bottom... (below 2 Join Now buttons and unlikely to be seen by anyone interested in the program)... they'll learn that those reward points will not be given until 46 days have passed... and can be limited or cancelled by Microsoft at any time for any reason.
I think that's a kinda shady business practice... just my two cents...
