Amazon is still showing the $25 Promo Credit available on NASCAR 2011 currently. I figure this is a PM to TRU $25 GC offer on the same title through 4/2.

Reviews, so far, are pretty mediocre... The online is apparently HOSED.

Rented this game over the weekend... definitely NOT worth it in any context or price, especially at MSRP with or without a credit.

I don't even recommend renting it.

So many bugs, glitches, and even the control mechanics are shaky.

Dumb and easy AI, plus online play is just dead.

Feels like the game was never truly finished.

Won't be surprise if it's gonna drop to $19.99 that quickly in the next 2 months.
 
You would think some of these companies would get a clue about a NASCAR game. For God's sakes - search out some of the programmers and developers from Papyrus back in the day. They knew what made a killer NASCAR experience... Not even the EA ones presented any kind of a challenge. You could set the AI all the way up and still blow by the entire field in turn 1 at Daytona...

This game also "features" the 2010 season information... Supposedly, a 2011 patch is going to be free.

I don't know. I considered this with the credit just to see how it was, but I have heard NOTHING good about it except for the developers and employees of the game developers in the website forums.
