Alright, here's my story:

For my graduation present, my parents let me order a computer. I spent just under a grand on it. I've used computers a lot since I was 12 (that makes it about 7 years now), and I finally got one that isn't a piece of crap. Despite spending all that time on these things, I never really developed a hardware saavy that matched my knowledge of software/operating systems.

I picked out my computer part-by-part. It came roughly 4 days later. I was piece it together...it came to to plop my video card in. It wouldn't fit! I read the box, "Gigabyte GeForce 6600 GT AGP 4x/8x." Hm...I thought...I went and checked my order history on NewEgg.com, and I felt like the biggest idiot in the world: my motherboard didn't even have an AGP slot! I ran out to Best Buy and dropped $210 on a PCI Express GeForce 6600 GT...It was like $50 out of my own pocket (remember, my parents paid for this), but I wasn't going to wait a week and half to use my computer. (Sending the card back, getting my new card...etc)

This card has never been used, but the box has been opened. I guess you'd have to take my word on that. I tried to install it, but it wouldn't fit...that's, uh, why it's open.

Anyway, here's the card:

I paid $160 for it, plus shipping. I guess this would be called "used," but, technically, it hasn't been used. I still have the box, manual...everything that came with it. She's less than a week old.

Specifically, it's a Gigabyte Geforce 6600GT.
...It has 128 MB GDDR3 RAM
...The interface is AGP (4x/8x)

I would return this to NewEgg, but they charge a 15% restocking fee. See, returning an open product to them requires them to sell it used...selling it here would allow me to get a little bit more, while taking a small hit in value. Make me offers...

Since this is worth well over $100, I really don't want to trade. I guess just PM me offers shipped...else I'll prolly throw her up on eBay.

Thanks guys.

I know how you feel, I bought a CPU and fan that didn't fit my motherboard on the last computer I built, that's a $210 mistake I won't make again.

Free bump.
