okay so ima sell some games to get store credit (at gamestop) can i use the credit at thier online store?

It depends on the card that you receive your credit on....some of them allow for you to use your credit online. At least that's the way it was before the merger. I'm assuming that the same would apply now as well.

No, the store credit will not work online anymore. I believe they had a disclaimer last year on the site stating that.
