Need cheapass soccer cleats

yeah i dont like buying shoes online, i have had some bad experiences with amazon, sure if they dont fit i can send them back, but then the ones i want are usually OOS for the next size up. That happens with clearance sales, and for shoe sales it is annoying.

I guess i will just check the local discount shoe stoes, maybe shoe pavilion or some shit. I figured i would have better luck at one of the sporting goods stores or soccer specialty stores, but all of the places i know of like big 5 and foot locker are overpriced like crazy
 
I got some really nice ones a while ago from Champ's Sports (dunno how national or not this chain is) when they had a 40% off one item coupon. Ended up costing me around $32 IIRC. So I guess I'd say look for sales from local stores or even national chains like Dick's Sporting Goods and the like. You want to get nice and comfortable cleats, don't go used, but there is no real need for $100+ out of pocket when there are good pairs that can be got for $50-60 before any discounts.
 
i wear size 10.5 but for some lines tha is 10 and others it is 11.

yeah, am in los angeles like i said in post 1. I checked google for soccer stores, but the only things that came up were soccer organizations, not stores.

edit, apparently there is a champs sports in the beverly center, somehow i dont think they will be cheap, but i will check it out. they are in beverly hills so i am not going to hold my breath for a deal there.
 
Try Sports Authority. My daughter got the "combo" - one soccer ball, pair of shinguards and pair of cleats, for about $25-$30.
 
I think there's friends and family coupons (30%) floating around for Footlocker/Footaction/champs and a 25% coupon for Sports Authority.
