Being the irresponsible male that I am, I am ridiculously behind on getting my driving learners permit. I was wondering which sites the CAGs recommend for gtting it. The easier it is and quicker it is the better. I'm planning to move to linux soon, so IE only sites are out. Also I need to take summer school for english and spanish, so I was wondering what the best certified place to take these courses were. My criteria is the same as my driving school criteria. My location is Fremont, CA if it matters. And yes I do figure that this isn't the best place to ask but you guys are all I got right now. Big thanks to anyone who can help.
EDIT: Almost forgot but being that this is CAG, cost is also part of my criteria.

Get the driving manual, read it, and go in and take the incredibly easy tests.
You don't need a class (unless you're under 18).

You're under 18 and "ridiculously behind" on getting your learners permit?
lol.

If you're 17 and half you can just go read the manual and take the test. That's how I did it. Driving was nice at first, now I hate it, I rather not drive anywhere. My brother is like 25 and still doesn't have his license.

I would help, but I'm from RI, and I'm sure the laws are drastically different in CA and any other state. Be sure confirm with the local DMV about the laws even after asking here. Here in RI we had to take a 30-hour or something in-person course taught by the state. The only pluses were that in-car driving courses were not required, only classroom courses, and that the state-taught courses are pretty cheap.
