Hey guys!

I'm new to CAG and right now I am doing a project and need some help. I was wondering if anyone knows how to run a Successful video game tournament. I have a project where my group has to promote a video game tournament for a fundraising event. I need some advice as to how i can make this work with at least 400 people to attend. Some questions would be: What should we sell and at what cost (to get a reasonable price range)? How much to charge for entrance fees? How to make it entertaining for the attendees? How to get sponsers (who to ask)? and etc. Any other additional information of what I haven't asked is welcomed as well. Please PM me as I will not have enough time to check CAG. Thanks in advance guys!

With that many people expected in the tourny make sure to have several consoles and copies of the game available so the early rounds don't take hours while everyone stands around watching two people play at a time.

What game are you using?

Determine the torunament format and rules and make sure eveyone understands them. Will it be single elim? Doubl Elim? Round Robin?
