need help looking at these lists..Anyone? help!

Im trying to look at these lists..I download them then when i look at them they are all weird looking symbols and letters..I downloaded a atlantis word processor but it didnt work..i guess i dont have anything i can view it on. where can i get it and what do i need? I am a computer dummy so any help would be greatly appreciated..heres the site with the lists

What? What's the problem? They open in Excel, a web browser, or whatever the hell a csv file opens in. Textpad, I guess.

edit: get the HTML version. You shouldn't need any other programs.

i tried all of em and none of them will work for me..i download it then click it to view and a box comes up and asks me what i want to open it with and i click wordpad..Then it comes up and its nothing but a bunch of symbols and letters i cant understand..

76916 that is how many Region 1 disc there are. Damn, I wonder if there is any people out there that actually own all of those.

The csv files are designed to be loaded into an SQL database. Ignore those, just look at the html version.
