Need some advice. Lots or seperate auctions (PS1 RPG related plus other things)

So I want to ask my GF to marry me at Xmas. So I selling alot of my PS1 RPG's and some other rare/hard to find things I have. Would it be beeter to sell in lots or seperate. Any kinda advice is appreciated. I know we have some real CAG ebay vets here. Here are the lots I was thinking about:

Lot 1 (all non-GH in excellent to mint condition)
Xenogears
Vagrant Story
Threads of Fate
Chrono Cross

Lot 2
Chocobo Racing (mint)
FFIX sealed (GH)

Lot 3 (all 3 complete but have very few hairline scratches)
Alundra2
Legend of Legaia
Vandal Hearts

I'll be posting some other things too. Here are just a few:

Tales of Destiny 2 (still on the fence about this one)
Persona 2 with strategy guide
Wild Arms with unofficial guide
Breath of Fire 3 and 4 (lot)
Resident Evil 2 & 3 guide (small tear on the back cover, got it for $4 from a pawn shop a while back)
Einhander
Luanr 2 (everything is there except the soundtrack, standees still sealed)
Valkyrie Profile (disks only)
Makai Kingdom with Artbook

That Persona 2 strategy guide is going to fetch you quite a bit.

Sell everything seperate, typically you'll make more since most people don't want all the items in a lot.

Lots are only really good when you are lazy or have a bunch of very cheap games.
