I'm not surprised. In the short term Netflix will benefit from gaining Wal-Mart's rental user base but in the long run Wallyworld will benefit from having their links on Netflix when people want to buy the DVD.
Makes me wonder if Best Buy, who heavily pushes Netflix in store, might end up dropping them in the near future now that Netflix is associated with one of their major competitors and starting their own online rental even.
