well the way they treat the people on the phone is another REASON Never to buy from them again. I had problems before with Ebgames and never was talked the way i was like with the gamestop people. I will stay with EBGAMES but i Doubt i will ever go back to gamestop.. I could really care less about the music cd , but it says LE On the packing label . ANd the way they acted on the phone like i said.. Also At least Ebgames pays to ship the games back to them Gamestop was like well if you dont want the games you got to send them back at your cost and then we will credit your account. Just the way you handled the situation sounds ridiculous. Not that I work for gamestop or anything. But you should never be rude to the people on the other line and be expected to be treated professionally. The individuals that work for the company doesn't represent the whole company itself. One circumstance of bad experience on your part doesn't justify that we shouldn't shop there. There seem to be a lot of misunderstanding on your part and you sound very demanding. Who the hell knows exactly when you will get credited back on your account. Obviously they had to make sure, they receive the games first before crediting back to you account. You should be glad they didn't ask you how long you're going to ship them back the games.

i wasnt rude i asked them If it says LE right on the Shipping label Why i didnt get the bonus Cd and that is when they got all pissie about I didnt order the LE and they didnt care what the Shipping label said ... And about the games i Asked them if i shipped them out tomorrow (what would been friday cause no mail today) they said They have no clue how long it will take to get my Credit back after they get the games... The point is the SHIPPING LABEL SAYS LE SO what keeps them from saying I kept the Music cd cause I would only mail back the Game.
