Edit: US military is saying that it is highly unlikely that he was killed. Prime Minister of Iraq says they are conducting DNA tests on the slain body to determine if it's really al-Masri.

No story to link to yet but reports are that al-Masri has been killed in a US raid.

So, is this a positive or does it lead it another boom in insurgency similar to when Zarqawi was killed?
