Napster was giving away a free iRiver H10 when you bought a one year subscription to their Napster To Go Service for the first 1000 customers this morning. They added $10 for shipping, but pretty great deal considering the player alone costs $279.99 MSRP.
I've been debating between this and an iPod, largely because I don't want to use Microsoft's copy protection as it gives them more $$$ (which they really don't need, greedy ******) But the H10's removable battery is nice so I'm conflicted.
Any opinions? Sell both and buy the iPod or keep this one?

hmm, that's a toughy, but I have an ipod, and that battery thing with the ipod is terrible you leave it for two days and its dead. I say get it then sell it on ebay after a year and see if anyone buys it? I don't know but that's a good deal.

On a side note about Napster, they advertised in the Super Bowl unlimited downloads for $15.00 bucks a month. A good idea if you download a ton of music.

If you cancel your subscription you lose access to all your songs.
