New PM's not showing properly

I'm not sure if it's on my end or what but everytime I get a new PM I have to check it 'Mark as Read' otherwise it won't show up, or the previous one will still show as new but it's not new

it's cause you pm box is full...

"CHOW CHOW has exceeded their stored private messages quota and can not accept further messages until they clear some space."

i just tried to reply to a pm... and i got that msg.
