New Release Trade-in Values?

I'm wondering what the typical new release trade-in value is at the various shops. I figure it must be pretty formulaic, right?

I'm talking about if you buy Prey and then go to trade it in a couple weeks later.
 
Most places will give you a pretty good trade in price for it. I think EB/GS give about $30 or $35 and Blockbuster gives $31. Don't quote me on that, but I'm pretty sure those are the prices. After the first couple of weeks, those prices will start to drop though.
