Looks good, but what sets it apart from the others? I've never played any of these but I'm super interested in them.

These damned Chinese portables almost always look like something Ben Heck coulda thrown together in 10 minutes. I bet it's super duper uncomfortable in your hands too :/

This would only appeal to the collector purest. If you really wanted to abuse your power you could just get a portable emulator that lets you play just about every oldschool game on a single SD card. That beats dragging around clunky carts.

Except! The emulators on those portables leave a whole lot to be desired:

1. The button layout and feel completely ruins the gameplay in a great majority of the games if you are used to the original controls.

2. The emulators on these portable devices almost never are full speed. There are usually abnormal annoying slow downs, frame skips, graphical glitches, and other abnormalities that can help kill the fun factor.

The only emulator experience that I have found worth my actual time of playing is a PC/Mac with the Classic Controller. Otherwise, Virtual Console + Classic Controller.

Everything else feels wrong for me. I guess I'm too used to playing on the originals and I'm picky as hell. I can't stand the buttons and button layout and d-pad on the PSP. Touch controls are no go for sure. And playing on anything, but the Classic Controller or original controller feels completely wrong or weird to me.

Not saying this thing is any good, but it is interesting. If someone bought one on here, I would love to hear their thoughts on it.

On the PSP? The only emu on the PSP that has noticeable issues is the SNES emu. And even that is running pretty well at this point.

Plus, the button layout is essentially the SNES layout, which is my favorite old-school controller anyway ;)
