Newbie w/big list of trade-in values, can't submit them!

Hi, I'm brand-new here. I discovered the site while trolling around online for game trade-in places. I ended up trading my big box of PS2 games at GS (Yeah they probably have relatively terrible offers, but I would have kept procrastinating otherwise). Now I'd like to contribute by updating the trade-in values database. I've been registered 4 days, and when I signed up it said I only needed to wait 48 before I could submit prices. Is there anything else I need to do?
