Newegg canceling Rayman Legenda pre-orders

Newegg just emailed me notification that my Rayman Legends for Wii U preorder will not be fulfilled. I preordered it with last year's $12 off preorders promo back when they had it listed at $49.99, so I was to get the game at $37.99.

Apparently somebody wasn't to thrilled with that, as I got a no explanation cancellation notice. Looks like I'm now waiting for $19.99.
 
Is there an easier way to check pre-orders on Newegg? I have to go into order history and search for the game... 

I saw another thread where someone sad their The Last Guardian pre-order was cancelled, and thought it was because due to the timing. Since he pre-ordered it over a year ago and Newegg couldn't fulfill the order, they cancelled it. I have TLS pre-ordered as well and today is exactly one year from that date. The order is still there, I guess I'll have to keep an eye on it. 

 
This makes me nervous as well. I have $15 off pre-orders from 8/21/2012 for GTA5 and The Last Guardian. I actually called Newegg about a week and a half ago because one of my pre-orders was auto cancelled when they couldn't charge my credit card. The security code / expiration had changed since putting in the pre-order. The phone support was really nice and I gave them all of my pending pre-order numbers. They went through them all and fixed the security code & expiration. So far, no auto cancels on those...

I recommend calling if anything gets auto cancelled. In my experience, they will have you re-order and they will place a note on that order. You'll then have to call back after the order ships and they'll credit you back the difference. It is inconvenient but it's hard to beat 25% off release day titles.

 
Ugh, my GTA5 and Last Guardian pre-orders were just auto-cancelled. I'll give support a call this evening. If anyone calls before then, please let us know how it goes.

 
They just cancelled my South Park stick of truth preorder as well. I will definitely be contacting them after I get off work.
 
Speak of the devil, just got a notice my Last Guardian pre-order was cancelled. 

Newegg has really gone down the drain... 

 
My $15 off code for tlou came as ordered a couple of months ago, but they just cancelled my gta v and beyond two souls preorders.

I called them a minute ago and they manually  fixed it, the only thing I have to do is when the order is processed is to e-mail them, so they can give me the discount, because I guess they can't do it manually till the order is processed.

I have Rayman Legends at $39. It's still active, but I guess I'll wait to see if they cancel it. I was planning on canceling it anyway since I know the game will be $20 by Black Friday.
