Newegg Cancelling Pre-Orders

I pre-ordered a bunch of games back when Newegg was having a $15 off promotion, but I just got four emails saying my Beyond: Two Souls and The Last Guardian orders have been cancelled. One email for each game says I requested the cancellation, and the other says it's because they were unable to fulfill the order. I'm guessing it's because Newegg automatically cancels pre-orders after a year has gone by because it has been exactly one year since I made the orders. I can't find anything on their website stating this is their policy though.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I've never pre-ordered from Newegg but I can confirm that Amazon will let a preorder sit out for over two years. My 26-Jan-11 pre-order of The Last Guardian is still active with a place holder estimate of 31-Dec-13. Wow, that's a bummer.

 
I'd contact them to get the Beyond Two Souls one re-instated.  I doubt you'll be seeing The Last Guardian this gen at this point.

Yeah, I contacted them. I'm probably going to get a couple more cancellations tomorrow. One of them being a pre-order of Rayman Legends Wii U, which had a $12 off promotion back when it was priced for $49.99.

I agree that The Last Guardian probably won't see a release on the PS3, if at all. Sucks; that game was the reason I bought the PS3.

 
Newegg keeps canceling pre-orders. I keep reading about amazing pre-order deals then cancellation. I still don't see why people who got 4+ cancellations still choose it. Their CS rarely honors the price.
