I've looked everywhere and can't find the controls listed online... can anyone help me out? The reason I ask is because I picked up the PC version and want to play it with my PS -> USB controller adapter.

Guessing you wanted the default controls. You can remap them to whatever suits you best, but here they are:

GAS (R1)

BRAKE (L1)
HANDBRAKE (X)
NO2 (CIRCLE)
SHIFT UP/DOWN (SQUARE AND TRIANGLE)
CAMERA (R2)
LOOK BACK (L2)
WORLD MAP (D-PAD LEFT)
DISPLAY SMS (D-PAD RIGHT)
CHALLENGE CAR (D-PAD UP)
CAREER STATS (D-PAD DOWN)
