If "used", then if you can find a copy, GS sells them for $54.99. After the 20% off coupon and Edge, you can get it for $38.49 before tax. This game was recently released so most copies that are traded in will be mint and complete. You can check for availability on GS.com.
I was lucky in that the "used" copy I bought was actually new/sealed.
