NHL 2007 or NHL 2K7???

I'm leaning toward 2K7, although they didn't add much from last year except a new camera angle from what I've read.
 
After playing both of them (for the Xbox 360) I have come to the conclusion that I enjoy NHL 2007 far more than 2k7...

2k7 feels a bit too arcadey for my liking, especially as check-centric as the game is... There is very little playing the puck in it, more just charge the player and take the loose puck... Not to say it doesnt have its strong suits, such as very smooth online play, and a much deeper franchise mode than 2007 has.

As much as I hate to say it, EA has done something right with the new control scheme of 2007... It did take a little getting used to, but after 3-4 games, it felt just as natural as any of the hockey games i have ever played... Also the graphics are gorgeous, noticably better than the 2k one... But most importantly, the game seems to take more of a sim approach to the game (a first for EA, I know) which I enjoy far more than 2k7's approach to the game...
 
Thanks all for your input---I bought NHL 2007, and I'll explain why. I went to Target because they had it on sale for $19.99 (reg. $29.99) and they were supposed to have NHL 2K7 for $19.99 (reg. price). I got there, and wanted to compare the two before a purchase, and noticed that they didn't have 2K7!!! The only one they had was NHL 2007! They said 2K7 hasn't come in yet. I was planning on buying 2K7 over EA's. I then noticed the sign on the sale price said "$10 gift card with purchase of NHL 2007"--so I bought it, and sure enough, they gave me a $10 gift card with the purchase!! So in essence, I got the $30 game for $10!!! Not bad huh?? I will still probably get 2K7 also eventually......
 
Yeah, if you were looking to get it for the ps2, evidently there is a problem with the vendor causing it to be delayed until the week of the 25th.

Wow, nice. Enjoy the game.

I thought ESPN Hocket 2K4 for the original Xbox was fantastic. I got it for $3 and enjoyed it.
