Nintendo DS/Lite Gamestop trade-in question.

I have a DS lite that I want to trade in, but I don't know if I can find that little black protector that you put into the GBA slot. Does anyone know if Gamestop will take the DS without it, or will I have to go hunting for it (I'm sure it's somewhere in my house)?

I'm sure they take it without that. They were giving me like 20 bucks for it though. It isn't worth it to trade it in.

I read on their site that they are doing a special right now where you get an extra 25 bucks if you trade-in a working system with the necessary stuff ( http: // www (dot) gamestop.com/gs/specialty/tradeins/ . Doing it that way because I am a new user and thus can't post an actual link...don't know why, but that's just me sounding defiant there). I'm not sure if they consider the GBA slot protector a necessity, though. I'm hoping they don't, because I've been tearing stuff up to find this thing, and from how small it is, I reckon those things get lost very easily.

EDIT: Okay, I can probably see WHY they wouldn't allow new users to post links, but still, it does suck that the few bots (actual ad bots, not the fanboy insult) that post advertising crap to forums) have to ruin it for the legit newbies.
