NL East - Closest Race in Baseball

Nematode

CAGiversary!
It pains me to watch my Nationals keep losing. But NL East is going to be one heck of a race. You think the Nats can pull it out in their inaugural year?

Seems to me that they just can't get their players in line and keep them together. Every game I go to there is a different line-up nad guzman, don't get me started. Whats the problem?

I think the Nationals will pull this one out. Phillies aren't going to be a contender unless Thome comes back and plays for the money he gets paid. Florida can't seem to do anything with Dontrelle sucking. And Andruw Jones can't carry Atlanta, they will fall off. And don't even get me started on the Mets, the team that should be ruling all these teams right now. What happened to Beltran?

the team thats a disappointment in the nl east is the florida marlins, they have all the pieces neccessary to contend but nobody is coming through, real shame

i'd like to see washington win it, but can discount the champion until they're overthrown, so dont be surprised to see atlanta in the playoffs again

I hope the Nats pull it out. The Al West is also getting close with the A's pulling up, but its not as close as the NL East.

The A's will definitely give the Angels a run.. I think they will pull it off, but like in years past, bend over in the playoffs

My theory is that Atlanta makes a run for it right now. I don't have high hopes for the upcoming series because they are really slumping. So I think Atlanta gets a lead and will hold it for a while. I think the Nats have a definite chance to grab the wild card though.

What stinks is I can't even bank on the Atlanta - Nats games being on TV. Comcast is still not showing any of the games... like saturday versus the astros, the Nats were playing good but I couldn't see them on TV. Ridiculous. In any other city can those who live blocks from the stadium not see the game? Whats going on? Its tough to be a fan without that sometimes.
