No more $10 gift card with purchase of New Super Mario Bros Wii on Amazon?!?!?

I was waiting for the ECA discount to get back up but now that it's basically gone for now I was hoping to order New Super Mario Bros Wii anyway and receive the $10 gift card from Amazon. It looks like they are no longer offering the deal. Why why why?!?! :cry:

I know Wal-Mart is still offering a $10 gift card with New Super Mario Bros Wii but I'd rather get it from Amazon and the game was $3 cheaper too. Do you think Amazon will put it back up?!?
 
same here.

it was no longer on the main page of the game but they still had the offer on the "video games section" of amazon. I preordered anyways and took a screen shot of that page in case they try to not honor it...

Yeah, I ended up emailing them and they said the $10 gift card was going to go through with my order. Thank you for the update though :cool:
