NonBundled XBOX Console

Does anyone know if it is still possible to buy just the xbox console anymore (MSRP $150)? It seems every store I have been in is selling the console bundled with forza (MSRP 179). Where could I possible find the $150 xbox -either online or in store?

my gamecrazy bought tons. They thought they were going to sell then during the xbox 360 launch. Guess what they were wrong.

Never. They are still losing money.

I think they stopped production on the console alone. I think you only can buy the Forza bundle unless you find a store that has the system only still. Good luck finding one, I think my store in NC has 1 left, but could be gone today. They may not be selling the fastest everywhere, so just check around you. There may be one available still.

BTW, refurbished come with a receipt and you get a waranty with it. It saves you $$$ too.

Keep the faith! I found one after buying the forza bundle. I bought a forza bundle at Wal-Mart. Then I got the Target book in the mail with the $15 off coupon. So I returned the one I got from Wal-Mart and bought one from Target with the coupon. The same day I stopped at Toys R Us and as I was paying for a game at the counter; Lo and Behold!, a bundle-less XBOX. I snatched that bad boy up. I returned the one from Target and they gave me my money plus an extra $15 for the coupon I used. There are some still out there. Seek and Ye shall find.
