November BB Gamepro $5 off coupons

So it looks like Gamepro has a new set of coupons that take $5 off the standard items (any PS3, PS2, PSP, DS, Wii, 360, and PC game, accessories, strategy guides). I found a scan of it at the following link:

The coupons say they're valid from 10/07/07 to 10/2/07, which makes absolutely no sense. Seriously...is it that hard to get these dates right? It isn't the first time they've botched this. Now it's up to us to see if they work. Good luck!

Actually if they were fake they'd probably have the RIGHT dates. Leave it up to Gamepro/Best Buy to screw things up. It's not the first time they've done this. Does anyone have a hard copy of the October or November issue of Gamepro that they can check to confirm this?

I think I remember another date typo on these some other month so I'm not too concerned about this one. As long as the bar code scans it should be fine at my local stores.

My local BB has a Nazi working the register every time I go in there. She always tries to tell me what I can and cant do, regardless of what the fine print says.

Judging by the old coupons we have in the Frontrow thread, I would guess that the expiration date on these was supposed to be 10/20/07 since the July ones were good for two weeks only. However, the UPCs are identical for both sets of coupons. Therefore, there really isn't much of an advantage in using these over the July ones except that if the cashier says these newer ones are expired, you could tell them to look at the expiration and attempt to explain that it's a typo. YMMV though. The UPCs should work though.
