First, Fable, Kingdom Under Fire, and Outrun 2 are all in stock on the MS retail website. Sudeki has been going in and out (usually in the mornings)of stock all week long. Now's the time to jump in if you're eligable and get these games.

Secondly, they have a new Halo promotion. Complete six specific tests and become eligable for a number of prizes.

Bingo. MY fable was cancelled and I was charged the full amount (I used to work retail, but still had 1650 pts left. The MS rep said I could still use them since I got them BEFORE I quit. We see how that turned out) so I sent it back and got Fable for $18 at the TRU sale. With a little inginuity you can get those games and more for real cheap (It's about 10 after shippign anyway from there and it takes abotu a week or so) and you don't have to work that hellhole that is retail.

I'm surprised they charged you(RF) the full amount. I've known people who "abused" the program and never got charged anything but the standard $9 shipping/handling charge.

Thats good to hear. I have a friend that may start working at BB soon, and he doesn't own an Xbox, and he might let me use any points he gets. :)

you dont get points by working at a store, you get points by doing online training

also i've been keeping an update on the retail site and my fable and outrun 2 are coming...and i already received my kingdom under fire about a week ago. there are some perks working in retail...but this is probably it
 
How do you get started in this program. My girlfriend works at Target (I don't know if that would qualify) and would like to know how she could get started on the program. Does she just need to talk to the MS rep when they come by the store or what ? Thanks guys.

No need to talk to the MS rep. The MS rep should have already left a binder containing Xbox information. It will either be under the electronics counter or the counter in toys (depending on where the games are located) in most cases. Look through there and there is a page with all the information you need including the site and such. To my knowledge, any retailer (Target, Wal-mart, Meijer, BestBuy, Circuit City, etc.) can take part in the program. It is basically an incentive for people to learn about the Xbox and its games. If you sell Xboxes, you can join the program. Easy as that.
 
Pretty sweet, I'll have her check there when she goes in the next time. Might not be able to get much but hey .. every little bit helps.
 
I just got my shipped date. I be getting outrun, fable, and kingdom under fire on Nov 9 so I guess I will be busy playing Halo 2 and those games :).
 
fable should arrive today or tomorrow for me and then outrun 2 is on its way as well.

How long does it take to ship? I never got anything from there, and the MS guy I talked to on the phone said I could use my remaining points (YAY!). Just wondering what shipping timeframe I'd be looking at.
 
just check the site and they got sudeki, top spin, and rally sport cahllenge 2 in finally. my fable and outrun 2 should be in on monday, so halo 2 plus those games...my xbox is going to be very happy.
