picked it up a few weeks ago for 10 bucks, the mid rivers store in St. Louis still has a few copies left as of today

Kya's a decent game, worth $10.

Alter Echo was $4.99 at my CC, PS2. Tons of them,

As far as I know, these aren't restocks, just some new games that weren't on the $4.99 list CC is not going to carry anymore, hence, they cut the prices.
 
The only stuff I looked out that I wanted was Rogue Ops, Alter Echo and Goblin Commander, all of which I have.

They also had Wolverine's Revenge, which I heard was pretty bad, and T3: Rise Of The Machines, same thing.

So, I'm enh about this.

It might be YMMV on Goblin Commander for the PS2...the one I was at still had it marked for $20 I believe.
 
The Hobbit- GBA is 9.98

There's a bunch more for $14.98 like Ford Racing and Indy Car Racing

Pitfall and Metalarms (Xbox) were in the bin, but scanned at $19.99.

Got an 8.0 at IGN. I picked it up yesterday, haven't played it yet, though I understand it's a pretty good RTS game made for consoles. Not quite that in depth gameplay, but still fun, so I hear. I'm gonna try it out later today though.
 
Man, Eternal Darkness for $10! I was just at CC yesterday and the only bin they had was the $5 clearance Sports games...

Christiana, Delaware CC - just picked up 6 games from a new clearance bin.

Bombastic - There were 3 left (I picked up 1)

Hunter the Reckoning: Wayward - 9.96 (had around 10 left-picked up 1)
Gladiator (PS2)-9.96-no Xbox versions left - around 7 PS2 versions left - picked 1)
Goblin Commando (PS2 and Xbox)-many left (10+) for each system (picked 1 (xbox) - 9.96
Alter Echo (PS2 and Xbox) - 4.96 - picked up the last Xbox copy. 10+ left for PS2.

They had r:racing evolution for ps2 at my cc over in houston. And goblin commander is by the same people who created warcraft? or starcraft? I forget. Not the same company if that was what you were thinking, but the actual people who created it.
 
Games that people were askign about:

Kya: a cel shaded platformer, not as good as the PS2's best but around the scope of I:Ninja in "fun". It has a great visual style.

Goblin Commander: RTS game that is a little bit on the humorous side as the characters/races are a bit over the top. AVP: Extinction I thought was more fun. For $10 you're not going wrong.

Both of these game are easily worth that amount. About the only games I haven't found worth $10 in the last two years are Stretch Panic, Enter the Matrix, Mad Maestro the LOTR EA games. Hell, I even liked Haven and Mr. Mosquito for that amount.
 
I saw this Friday when I was in CC. The clerk saw me looking through the games, said she had a bunch set aside in a bin she was marking down to $10. Didn't see anything spectacular. A bunch of Rogue Ops and R Racing Revolutions, stuff like that.

Everyone NEEDS to buy Eternal Darkness.

NOW.

I got it for $50 when it came out and it is definitely one of the greatest games I've ever played.
 
Last I checked, mine had most of htose left, but not marked down. I'll see what I can come away with and let everyone know.
 
All 3 of you Cube owners who haven't gotten Eternal Darkness yet, go buy it now. Seriously. $10 is an awesome price for this game. It's not perfect, but it's pretty dang cool and for $10 it's a steal!
 
I want Eternal Darkness, but I aint making another fucking trip out to CC for a game. I went twice during the $5 sale and got nothing and my CC isnt close at all. If someone wants to be a kind soul and pick me up one, I would greatly appreciate it.
 
Eternal Darkness is very cool . . . bought it for $15 at Best Buy over a year ago.

It is a survival horror game but more of an action game than res evil (ie controls better).

It has a few cool storylines to it (you play different characters in different historical periods) plus when your defenses drop you get some pretty funky hallucinations.

Its an N64 port but that is not really apparent . . . they revamped the graphics.

Picked up Kya a while ago, though I haven't had a chance to play it. [Too - many - games! 8)] By all accounts, it's a pretty solid platformer; got a 73% average rating on GameRankings. Almost certainly worth $10...unless you hate platformers, of course. ;)
 
I bought Eternal Darkness from CC for 19.96 about 4 weeks ago. I still have the receipt and the game is still sealed. Will they refund me the difference if I take it in?
 
if it's before the 30-day mark, you should be all set.

What CC was this at? Cuz, I've wanted to get this game for awhile. Worst case scenario I'll pick it up at Meijer in a few months, as it's dropped down to $25 and they still have tons of copies, so it'll probably drop again around xmas.

It was at the Pontiac store. Went out during my lunch break during the 4.99 madness and it was the only copy on the shelf. EB still charges like $35 for this game so I figured it was a good deal at the time.

I'd only do that if you find em under $10. I'm interested in the game simply because I got my GC less than a year ago and have been looking for games like ED that came out a few years ago and are really cheap now.

Makes sense to me, the Pontiac one of the few Michigan CC's that's actually way out of the way, so I probably wouldn't have ventured out there anyway.

I'd appreciate that, I'm planning on coming home (Plymouth from Mt Pleasant) on Wednesday, so I'll be checking both Lansing stores (since they're on the way back), and the Westland one too. That'd still be very cool if you found it, because last time I was at the Lansing stores, both were pretty much cleared out of anything that was made before late 2003.
 
Chickenhawk, I really don't have any specific offer, but I have a lot of sealed games for all systems. DO you have a "wanted list" I can look at?

Also, my CC has almost everything but Eternal Darkness. I got Gremlin Commander and Auto Modelista if anyone is interested let me know.
